Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return only under the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged during shipping.

• The product received does not match the specifications mentioned in the order.

Return Request Period

Customers must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
• The product must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Compatibility issues not confirmed with our team before purchase.
• Products damaged by improper handling or misuse.
• Products with missing accessories or packaging.
• Software, digital products, and downloadable items.
• Used products unless covered by a specific warranty agreement.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection by Uzair Traders. Return approval will be granted only after the product has been examined and verified.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product.

Refund or Replacement

Once the return is approved, Uzair Traders may provide:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

Advance Payment Policy

All orders placed with Uzair Traders require 100% Advance Payment before processing and shipment. This policy applies to customers in Karachi and all other cities across Pakistan.
