All orders are processed after successful payment verification.

Uzair Traders operates on a 100% Advance Payment Policy. No order will be processed, packed, or shipped until full payment has been received and verified.

This policy applies to customers in Karachi as well as all other cities across Pakistan.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during sales events, holidays, high-demand periods, or due to product availability.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi: 1–3 Business Days

  • Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Product weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Courier service charges

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call when available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the provided tracking details.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

Uzair Traders is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If incorrect information is provided, additional shipping charges may apply and delivery delays may occur.

Uzair Traders shall not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Packages

If a package appears damaged upon delivery, customers should immediately contact Uzair Traders and provide photos of the package and product.

Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost during transit, Uzair Traders will coordinate with the courier company to investigate the matter.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on courier policies and investigation procedures.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Uzair Traders primarily serves customers within Pakistan.

International shipping availability, if offered, will be communicated separately.
