Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 60,000 within Pakistan. Orders below Rs. 60,000 will have standard delivery charges. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days for major cities and 4–7 business days for other areas. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy:

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Sale items and products damaged due to misuse are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or wrong.
